Claridad is a guided meditation and mindfulness service created in Lima. The public website and native mobile apps are available in multiple languages. Spanish meditations are guided by Manuel Kolker.

Claridad offers exactly seven public Spanish guided meditations as a free introduction. No account or payment card is required for these seven sessions.
