# Flight-Report

> Flight-Report is an independent community of travellers publishing first-hand, photo-documented flight reviews since 2011. More than 40,000 reviews rate airlines, airports and lounges on a 0–10 scale across 16 criteria. Each review documents one real flight, written and signed by the traveller who took it, with their own photos of the cabin, seat, meal and airports. The site is bilingual (French and English).

## How the data works
- Ratings are on a 0–10 scale. An airline/airport/lounge score is the average of every relevant criterion across all of its published reviews; the number of reviews behind each score is always shown.
- Airline criteria: cabin crew, meal/catering, in-flight entertainment & wifi, cabin comfort.
- Airport criteria: flow & queues, access, services, cleanliness (for both departure and arrival).
- Lounge criteria: comfort, catering, services, entertainment.
- Flight-Report is a neutral third party: airlines, airports and lounges do not write or edit reviews about themselves. See the methodology page for verification, moderation and translation policy.
