# TOWeb

  > TOWeb is a desktop website and e-commerce builder for Windows (also runs on macOS and Linux/Wine). It generates responsive static
  websites (HTML5/CSS3/JS) that can be hosted anywhere — no subscription, no vendor lock-in. Current version: 14. Developed by Lauyan
  Software (France) since 2004.

  TOWeb lets non-technical users create professional websites and online stores without writing code. Sites are generated locally and
  published via FTP/SFTP to any web host. Server-side features (shopping cart, forms, blog comments, bookings) use built-in PHP scripts
  called "i-Services" that run on standard PHP hosting.

  - **Editions**: Free (1 site, 50 MB, with ads), Premium (99€, 5 sites), E-Commerce (199€, full shop), Studio (399€, unlimited sites).
  One-time payment, no subscription. Minor updates are free.
  - **System requirements**: Windows 7/8/10/11 (32/64-bit), macOS 13+, or Linux via Wine
  - **Languages**: UI and sites available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
