> Pathways.org is a nationally recognized leader in early childhood development since 1985, providing FREE, trusted resources for parents and healthcare professionals to maximize babies' motor, sensory, and communication development. We are a sister organization of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, the nation's #1-ranked rehabilitation hospital.

We provide developmental milestone information, educational resources, and parent support tools covering ages 0-6+ years. All milestone content is from AAP and CDC materials. Our resources are developed by 75+ healthcare experts including pediatric physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

Content is available in 19 languages: English, Arabic, Bengali, Cebuano, Chinese, Croatian, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Oriya, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Turkish, and Urdu.

Age-specific milestone and activity information is organized into these ranges: 0-2 Months, 2-4 Months, 4-6 Months, 6-9 Months, 9-12 Months, 12-15 Months, 15-18 Months, 18-24 Months, 24-30 Months, 30-36 Months, 3-6 Years, and 6+ Years. Special considerations are provided for premature babies with adjusted age calculations.
