Spot offers up to 90% reimbursement on covered vet bills at any licensed veterinarian. Policies are underwritten by either Independence American Insurance Company (NAIC #26581. (NPN # 19246385. 990 Biscayne Boulevard Suite 603, Miami, FL 33132. CA License #6000188). Spot serves pet owners in all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Pet parents choose their annual deductible ($100, $250, $500, or $1,000), reimbursement rate (70%, 80%, or 90%), and annual limit ($2,500 to unlimited).  Pre-existing conditions are not covered. A 10% Multi-pet discounts is available. Waiting periods: Up to 14 days for illnesses. Waiting periods for accidents vary by state; in states that have adopted the NAIC Pet Insurance Model Act, no waiting period applies to accidents. Waiting periods may be waived with a veterinary exam. See your policy documents for state-specific details.
