Copyright Policy
llmscentral.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
We host llms.txt files that are publicly available on the internet. If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on llmscentral.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
Required Information:
- Your contact information - Name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work - Description of the work you claim has been infringed
- Location of infringing material - URL(s) of the content on llmscentral.com that you claim is infringing
- Good faith statement - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- Accuracy statement - A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your signature - Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Our Response Process
Review (24-48 hours)
We will review your notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements
Removal (Immediate)
If valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content
Notification
We will notify the user who submitted the content
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had content removed from our platform more than twice.
False Claims
â ī¸ Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed in error may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a false or fraudulent notice.
