Attribution Required: All commercial use of LLMS Central API data requires proper attribution to "LLMS Central - https://llmscentral.com"

Rate Limits: API usage is subject to rate limiting. Bulk scraping or automated harvesting of our entire database is prohibited without explicit permission.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our API to create competing llms.txt repositories, resell our data, or circumvent our rate limits.

Fair Use: Our API is provided for legitimate integration purposes. Excessive usage that impacts service availability may result in IP restrictions.

By accessing or using LLMS Central ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LLMS Central is a centralized repository for llms.txt files that helps AI systems discover and respect website content guidelines. The Service includes:

• Domain submission and validation system
• Public repository of llms.txt files
• Search and discovery functionality
• RESTful API for developers
• AI bot tracking and analytics service
• Private analytics dashboard for registered users
• Domain ownership verification and management
• Subscription-based premium features and limits
• Automated discovery and aggregation of publicly available llms.txt files

Public Data Aggregation: LLMS Central aggregates publicly available llms.txt files from websites across the internet. We collect only data that is:

• Publicly accessible without authentication
• Located at standard llms.txt file locations
• Intended for discovery by AI systems and search engines
• Not protected by robots.txt or other access restrictions

Automated Discovery: We use automated web crawlers to discover llms.txt files. Our crawlers:

• Identify themselves with a clear user-agent: "LLMSCentralBot/1.0"
• Respect rate limits (1 request per second)
• Only access publicly available files

No Endorsement: Listings in our directory do not constitute endorsement by LLMS Central. We are an independent directory service and have no affiliation with listed domains unless explicitly stated.

Removal Requests: Domain owners may request removal of their llms.txt file from our directory at any time by:

• Emailing support@llmscentral.com with proof of ownership
• Using the domain claiming and verification system
• Removing the llms.txt file from their website

We will honor all legitimate removal requests within 48 hours and add the domain to our blocklist to prevent re-crawling.

Legal Basis: Our data collection practices are based on:

• The public nature of llms.txt files (similar to robots.txt, sitemap.xml)
• Transformative use for directory and discovery purposes
• Legitimate interest in helping AI systems discover content policies
• Established legal precedent for aggregating publicly available data

Subscription Tiers

LLMS Central offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 1 domain submission, weekly automatic updates, full analytics access, 100 API requests/day
• Starter Plan ($9/month): 3 domain submissions, daily automatic updates, 3 manual updates/day, full analytics access, 1,000 API requests/day
• Pro Plan ($29/month): 10 domain submissions, daily automatic updates, 10 manual updates/day, full analytics access, 10,000 API requests/day, advanced insights, data export
• Business Plan ($99/month): 50 domain submissions, real-time updates, unlimited manual updates, full analytics access, 100,000 API requests/day, 5 team seats, webhooks
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with unlimited domains, dedicated support, and custom features

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for at least 6 months after the price change announcement.

Downgrades and Upgrades

• You may upgrade your plan at any time, with prorated billing
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• If you exceed your new plan's limits after downgrading, you may lose access to excess domains or features
• We will notify you before applying any restrictions due to plan changes

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits:

• Domain Limits: The maximum number of domains you can submit and manage
• Manual Update Limits: The number of times you can manually trigger domain updates per day
• API Rate Limits: The maximum number of API requests per day

Fair Use Policy: "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use policies. Excessive use that impacts service performance or availability may result in temporary throttling or account review. We define excessive use as activity that significantly exceeds normal usage patterns or appears to be automated abuse.

If you consistently exceed fair use thresholds, we will contact you to discuss upgrading to an Enterprise plan or implementing usage restrictions.

Domain Submissions

When submitting domains, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have authorization to submit the domain
• The llms.txt content is accurate and up-to-date
• You will not submit false, misleading, or malicious content
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Bot Tracking Installation

When installing our bot tracking script, you agree that:

• You own or have authorization to install tracking code on the website
• You will comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You will update your website's privacy policy to disclose the tracking
• You understand the tracking only logs AI bot activity, not human visitors
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from website visitors

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to overwhelm or abuse our systems
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Submit domains you do not own or control
• Modify or reverse engineer our tracking script
• Use the Service to track human visitors or collect personal data

Your Content

You retain ownership of your llms.txt content. By submitting content to LLMS Central, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your llms.txt files
• Make your content publicly accessible through our Service
• Provide analytics and insights about your content

Bot Tracking Data

You retain ownership of bot tracking data collected from your website. We process this data on your behalf to provide analytics services. Bot tracking data is:

• Stored securely in your private dashboard
• Not shared with third parties or made publicly accessible
• Used only to provide analytics services to you
• Retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion

Our Content

The LLMS Central platform, including its design, functionality, tracking script, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement rate limits:

• Domain submissions: 5 per hour per IP address
• API requests: 100 per hour per IP address
• Dashboard access: 10 requests per hour per IP address

Excessive use that impacts service performance may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your access.

AS IS BASIS: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

BOT TRACKING ACCURACY: We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify AI bots, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Bot detection is based on User-Agent strings and may not capture all AI bot activity or may occasionally misidentify traffic.

NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY COMPLIANCE: You are solely responsible for complying with privacy laws and regulations when installing our tracking script on your website. We are not liable for your failure to comply with applicable laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory fines.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LLMS Central operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
