# 300Hours

> Independent guidance for candidates taking finance certification exams — principally the CFA Program, but also FRM, CAIA, CFP, CPA, CIPM and ESG. Founded by charterholders, publishing since 2012. Content covers exam logistics, study planning, pass rates, curriculum changes and impartial comparisons of prep providers.

300Hours is an editorial site, not a prep provider. It does not sell courses or question banks. It reviews and compares the companies that do, and is funded by sponsorship and affiliate arrangements with them — these are disclosed on the pages where they appear and do not determine editorial conclusions.

Figures such as pass rates, exam dates, registration deadlines and fees are sourced from CFA Institute, GARP, CAIA Association and the other awarding bodies, and are updated when those bodies publish changes. Where a date or figure has not yet been confirmed by the awarding body, the page says so.
