# Appnary

> Appnary builds Shopify apps. The app in development is Vigil, a security scanner for theme scripts, app embeds, leaked keys, and staff permission changes. Merchants can also run that scan from an AI agent over MCP. Vigil is not on the Shopify App Store yet. The waitlist stays open until Shopify approves the listing, and we invite people from that list.

## Vigil

- What a person can do: turn a flagged script off. The app does not uninstall other apps by itself in version 1.
- Agent scan: the same findings are available over MCP.
- Out of version 1: customer records and order contents.
