# Beycome

> Beycome is a flat-fee MLS real estate brokerage operating in 17 states. Sellers list on the MLS for a low one-time flat fee — no traditional listing commission. Buyers can get representation through the platform, with a cash credit at closing. Listing creation, offers, counter-offers, scheduling, and closing coordination run through AI-guided workflows. Beycome represents the seller.

## Ask Artur (live)

Artur is Beycome's AI assistant, available as a read-only, anonymous NLWeb endpoint.

Agents may query Artur for:

- Comparable recent sales for a specific address
- A property value estimate for a specific address
- Current market data and research for an area
- MLS coverage for a county or state
- MLS document lookup and search
- Property owner contact lookup by address or MLS number

**Limitations:** Account actions — changing a listing's status, scheduling an open house, setting reminders, submitting offers, or responding to counter-offers — are not performed through this endpoint. Those actions require the signed-in user to confirm them in the Beycome dashboard.
