# bitcoin++

> bitcoin++ organizes technical Bitcoin conferences, workshops, and hackathons. btcpp.dev publishes event schedules, speakers, recordings, public profiles, hackathon projects, and a scoped API for applications and integrations.

The canonical website is https://btcpp.dev. Public API responses contain only information already intended for publication. Emails, private contact details, credentials, draft submissions, invitations, payout information, production notes, and unfinalized judging results are not public API data.

Protected endpoints accept personal API tokens and OAuth access tokens through the HTTP Authorization header. Token scopes express consent but do not grant roles; administrative operations also require the account's current conference-admin or global-admin role. Never place bearer credentials in URLs.
