- [Through the Woods](https://www.fredrogers.org/production/through-the-woods/) - Through the Woods is an animated preschool series that follows Rider and his dog Wolfie as they explore the kind of “nearby nature” that so many kids can relate to: spider webs, a bunny’s nest, fireflies and more. In each 3-minute story, the ever-curious Rider wonders about something he saw or heard in the small woods behind his house, observes an animal or plant to learn more, and then shares his discoveries with his Grammie through play. The series is designed to nurture respect for nature and models essential lessons for kids and families that support a child’s blooming confidence and sense of self. Through the Woods was created by Ellen Doherty (Cyberchase, Reading Rainbow) and was produced in partnership with Pip Animation (Cyberchase, Caillou, Ren and Stimpy). It streams on Curious World, an award-winning, subscription-service mobile platform. The show is our company's first animated, short-form series for mobile devices.
- [Peg + Cat](https://www.fredrogers.org/production/peg-cat/) - Peg + Cat is an animated preschool series follows the adorable, spirited Peg and her sidekick Cat as they embark on adventures and learn foundational math concepts and skills. Each episode features a story in which Peg and Cat encounter an unexpected challenge that requires them to use math and problem-solving skills in order to save the day. Their adventures take viewers from a farm to a distant planet, from a pirate island to a prehistoric valley, from Romeo and Juliet's Verona to Cleopatra's Egypt to New York's Radio City Music Hall. While teaching specific math lessons, the series displays the value of resilience and perseverance in problem-solving. Peg + Cat is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Education through the Ready To Learn Initiative, a program that supports the development of innovative educational television and digital media targeted at preschool and early elementary school children and their families. The show is produced in partnership with the show’s co-creators Jennifer Oxley (Little Bill, The Wonder Pets!) and Billy Aronson (Rent, Postcards from Buster), and is produced by 100 Chickens Productions and 9 Story Media Group. In addition to two Emmy-winning seasons, the show has expanded to include curricula for teachers, summer camps, licensees, and a live-action stage show.
