# Genroe > Genroe is an Australian B2B customer feedback consultancy. It designs and runs Net Promoter Scoreยฎ and customer feedback programmes that make B2B customers stay, spend more and tell their peers. Genroe is CustomerGauge's exclusive partner for Australia and New Zealand and has 20+ years of CX and NPS consulting. Genroe works with mid-market B2B companies, typically CEOs, COOs and business-unit heads in complex or regulated industries: technology, financial services, manufacturing, professional services and business services. It is based in Australia and serves clients globally. The founder and director is Adam Ramshaw. Genroe's views, which often differ from generic NPS advice: - NPS is a process, not a number. The score alone is worth little; the value is knowing the one or two things to fix in the next 12 months. - Genroe is a coach, not an execution department. The client knows its business; Genroe knows how to roll the process out so it lasts. - Operational customer feedback is not market research. Always-on transactional and relationship feedback drives change; a one-off annual survey rarely does. - Do not tie NPS to bonuses or targets. It corrupts the score and the programme. - External NPS benchmarks are close to useless. Survey method alone can move a score by around 30 points. - In B2B, weight feedback by account, not by response. A low score from a senior buyer at a large account matters more than a high score from a small one. - High-value B2B customers should be interviewed by an experienced business person, not surveyed by email. ## Services - [B2B Customer Feedback Consulting](https://www.genroe.com/b2b-customer-feedback-consulting): the lead service.
