- Journey Home Reunification & Relocation Program: The Journey Home program provides relocation support to anyone who wants to reconnect with loved ones and a stable destination outside San Francisco. The San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing and GLIDE work together to help with travel planning, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring each participant’s journey is safe, voluntary, and supported every step of the way.  The new program brings together previous efforts, including Homeward Bound and Problem Solving, under a single citywide system.
- Daily Free Meals: GLIDE offers the city’s only free meals program in San Francisco providing three nutritious meals a day, 364 days a year, to the one-in-four San Franciscans facing food insecurity. Food insecurity affects one in four San Franciscans. What began in 1969 as a weekly volunteer-run potluck for 50 people now serves approximately 1,700 meals a day.
- Transitional Age Youth Health and Wellness Center (TAY Center): The Transitional Age Youth Health and Wellness Center (TAY Center) is a welcoming place, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for young adults ages 18 to 27 who are facing homelessness or housing instability in San Francisco.
- Family, Youth and Childcare Center (FYCC): A safe, culturally diverse environment for children and families providing licensed childcare, afterschool and summer programs, and a family resource center to help people realize their potential at home, in school and in their community.
