### What photos should I use?
Use one clear, front-facing photo of each adult (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 8 MB each). Both people must be 18+, not public figures, and have agreed to this use. You can also use one photo of both adults through the paid group-photo option. Pets and fictional characters are not supported.

### Will the video look exactly like the image preview?
When a still preview is available, it lets you check the people and scene before purchasing a video. The video starts from that image, but movement, faces, hands and lip-sync can vary. A still image does not preview the full motion. Videos are 10-second MP4s with generated sound; completion time varies with the queue.

### How much does it cost, and what happens if generation fails?
From $4.99 for 1 video. Buy once or subscribe monthly; see Pricing. Each video uses 20 credits. If generation fails, the credits used are returned. This does not automatically refund a credit-pack purchase, and a successfully generated video you do not like does not automatically qualify for returned credits. Sign in and contact support in Settings if something went wrong.

### What happens to my photos?
Photos are sent to Kie to make your requested result; its retention and training policies apply. We do not use your photos to train our own models. Free preview images, when available, are kept privately for 24 hours and then deleted. Your browser tab retains the draft for sign-in and payment; remove the photos or sign out to clear it.
