Kaishift works in English, French, Arabic (including Darija) and Spanish, so a client
can be served in the language their own team actually works in. The studio sits at
UTC+1, which shares a working day with Europe, overlaps the Gulf, and still catches
the North American East Coast. Work delivered so far spans Morocco, Spain, France and
Turkey. The first working deliverable lands in weeks rather than quarters. Because the team
builds with AI itself, delivery is fast. The first call is free, and within 72 hours

Morocco is the 55th state party to Convention 108 and its Additional Protocol, in

## What Kaishift does

- **AI agents**: agents that take real actions inside a business (reading documents,
  qualifying leads, answering in French, Arabic and English, preparing quotes),
  running with scoped permissions and prompt-injection defences, every action logged.
- **Workflow automation**: connecting the tools a company already pays for so work
  stops being re-typed between them.
- **RAG pipelines**: making a company's own documents answerable, with citations
  and access control.
- **Custom development**: front end and back end built to the client's
  requirements: client portals, internal tools, CRMs, booking and payments, APIs.
- **Web design and brand**: brand guidelines designed in Figma, websites designed
  page by page, a clickable prototype before the build.
- **Security and compliance**: GDPR and CNDP (law 09-08) compliance preparation,
  infrastructure security audits and hardening, managed hosting in Morocco or the
  EU. Legal opinions come from a lawyer; Kaishift does the technical and written work.

## How Kaishift works

- The client owns the infrastructure from day one: their cloud, their repositories,
  their API keys. Anything self-hosted for them is open source.
- Every project ships a first deliverable in weeks, with a short written update
  every week. Maintenance is optional, at the price written in the plan, and the
  client keeps everything built so far.
