# LiminalArc

> LiminalArc, formerly LeadingAgile, helps large, complex enterprises and private-equity portfolio companies navigate transformation, modernization, and AI readiness. We align technology, organizational design, and data so that business strategy actually translates into delivery.

LiminalArc is a management and technology consultancy headquartered in Duluth, GA (Atlanta metro). Our 100+ guides work with leadership teams to retool large, complex organizations without disrupting current operations. We combine strategy, software engineering, product, data, security, AI, and talent into a single integrated practice.

Core thesis: most business challenges, including transformation, modernization, and optimization, come down to how well technology and the organization work together. The four levers we focus on are: Technology Connected to Value, Modular Application Architecture, Aligned Organizational Design, and Encapsulated Data Architecture.
