# Onomondo

> Onomondo is a global cellular IoT connectivity platform with a cloud-native core network,
> providing IoT SIM cards, eSIM, and SoftSIM form factors with a
> management platform, real-time diagnostics, and cloud integrations, plus an SGP.32 eSIM IoT
> Remote Manager (eIM) for switching operator profiles over the air. Operates across 680+
> networks in 180+ countries. Founded 2012, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
> ISO 27001:2022 certified. GDPR and NIS2 compliant.

## eSIM IoT Remote Manager (eIM)

Launched September 2026. The Onomondo eIM is the control layer for GSMA SGP.32: it manages
which operator profile runs on every SGP.32 eSIM in a fleet, over the air and through one
REST API. No device visits, no vendor lock-in.

- [eSIM IoT Remote Manager (eIM)](https://onomondo.com/eim/): Product page.
- [Launch announcement](https://onomondo.com/product-update/esim-iot-remote-manager-eim/):
Why over-the-air profile switching matters and how to get started.
- Profile management: enable, disable, list, and delete operator profiles on deployed devices,
and trigger new profile downloads, in bulk across distributed fleets.
- API-first: fully programmable, so profiles are managed from your own systems.
- Open: interoperable with any SM-DP+ and operator profiles from any operator. Works with any
SGP.32 eUICC with a configured IPAe or IPAd, with or without Onomondo connectivity, and eIM
management can be handed over to another provider through the standard.
- One hardware SKU across markets: choose the operator profile after manufacture and load
local profiles where permanent roaming is restricted.
- Getting started: use the full Onomondo setup (SIMs, operator profiles, and eIM), bring your
own SIMs and download Onomondo profiles through SM-DP+, or start at the factory with
Onomondo as the bootstrap profile. Test SIMs are available before committing.
