# Pera Wallet

> Pera Wallet is a non-custodial, open-source wallet for the Algorand blockchain, available on iPhone and Android. It is the easiest and safest way to store, buy and swap ALGO and Algorand Standard Assets (ASAs), collect NFTs, and connect to Algorand apps. Pera Wallet is built by Pera Wallet, Lda.

Pera Wallet is non-custodial: users hold their own keys, and Pera cannot access or recover their funds. Core features include swapping assets, funding from other networks, multi-signature Shared Accounts, discovering Algorand projects, an NFT gallery, and full support for Ledger Nano hardware wallets.

## Quantum Accounts

Pera Wallet Quantum Accounts sign with FALCON-1024, a post-quantum signature standard, and Algorand supports post-quantum accounts at the protocol level. A new Quantum Account can be created from scratch, or an existing account upgraded while keeping its address and history.
