## Houston note

Preferred city was Houston. data.houstontx.gov has no live general business-license row dataset. The City of Houston does not issue a general business license. CKAN hits are stale vehicle-for-hire files (2011–2013) or monthly permit aggregates. This SKU is Philadelphia, not Houston.

## Who should buy

Accountants, insurance producers, merchant-services / POS agents, sign shops, and foodservice sellers covering Philadelphia who need this week's first issuances, not a 400k-row dump of rentals.
