> Pilot is a free, AI-powered collaborative trip booking and planning app for individuals, couples, families, and groups of friends. Plan itineraries together, book vetted hotels with member-only rates, and keep everything organized in one shared workspace, including bookings, files, checklists, and maps. Available on web, iOS, and Android. Made in Canada by HappyHour Services Inc. Founded in 2021 by Connor J. Wilson, with Avinash VK and Yu-Wei Hung joining as co-founders shortly after. Pilot also offers separate concierge services, including group hotel bookings, wedding hotel blocks, and corporate retreat booking. These are managed offerings distinct from the self-serve app.
