# Princh

> Princh is a cloud-based self-service printing, copying, scanning, and payment platform for public spaces. It enables anyone to print and pay from any device in under 60 seconds — without apps, drivers, or user accounts — and is used by libraries, schools, hotels, print shops, coworking spaces, and other publicly accessible venues worldwide.

- **BYOD Printing**: Users scan a QR code near the printer (or visit print.princh.com), upload documents from their phone, tablet, or laptop, pay digitally, and collect their print job — no app, no account, no driver required.
- **PC Printing**: Public PCs use Princh through the native print dialog. Users adjust settings in the Princh interface and pay either on the public PC or from their own device.
- **Copying**: Tablet- or MFP-embedded copying with a forced document preview to reduce errors. Runs on a tablet attached to the printer or directly on Ricoh IM series MFPs.
- **Scanning**: Scan-to-email with documents encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Princh servers, retrieved by the user via a one-time link, and auto-deleted after 24 hours — no direct email attachments.
- **Admin Panel**: Web-based central management portal for staff and admins. Role-based access, SSO, location management, pricing controls, document release, and full activity logs. Not a standalone product, customers receive access to it when buying any Princh product.

## How it works

1. User scans the QR code at the printer or visits print.princh.com and enters the printer ID.
2. User uploads documents from their own device or a public PC.
3. User adjusts print settings (color, duplex, copies, etc.).
4. User pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, a card, cash, or a locally supported payment method.
5. The document is released at the selected printer once payment is confirmed.

No drivers, apps, or user accounts are required at any step.
