Through her company, patients are prompted to create an account on the platform, by providing basic information such as their identity, known allergies, chronic illnesses, blood type, etc. Once registered, each patient receives an individual UMI signature in the form of a QR barcode. This barcode can be printed on different media and devices: wristbands, patches, cards and other portable devices. The doctor only has to scan the patient’s QR code to access his or her entire medical history within a matter of seconds. No more time wasted.

Before starting her business, Jessica worked for 10 years in the petroleum sector in Gabon and Asia where she acquired solid knowledge in process management and in quality management.
- [Flavien Kouatcha](https://www.tonyelumelufoundation.org/member/flavien-kouatcha): Flavien Kouatcha is a young engineer who is the head of Save Our Agriculture, a company specializing in aquaponics, a system that allows the cultivation of plants and the breeding of fish in the same device. Using fish droppings he is able to create a natural fertilizer for plant growth. Through the Save Our Agriculture system they are able to create organic gardens with produce such as tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, okra, but also catfish. Flavien Kouatcha markets its aquaponics units to individuals and professionals in urban areas. The advantage of his solution is that it makes it possible to obtain larger productions than in traditional agriculture, using fewer resources. For example, his urban aquaponics units help smallholder farmers grow 2 to 3 times more volumes of organic food by using only 10% of the water used by traditional agriculture on the same space. Since completing the TEF Programme, Flavien Kouatcha has achieved a turnover of over $120,000 and employed 18 people directly and 42 indirectly.
- [Paul Nyambe](https://www.tonyelumelufoundation.org/member/paul-nyambe): Zamgoat Meat Products is an innovative, market-driven and socially-inclusive Zambian agribusiness, poised to be industry leader in the processing and distribution of quality goat products and services and, hence also supporting rural livelihoods in Zambia. Zamgoat operates across the goat sector value chain and is built on an innovative and integrated business model, which endeavors to deliver sustainable social and economic value across its stakeholder chain, i.e. suppliers, shareholders and customers. To date, Zamgoat has purchased and processed over 5,000 goats, impacting over 400 smallholder farmers in Zambia as suppliers of goats to the company and earning over $500,000 in revenues.

She was able to do that through the Tony Elumelu Foundation. Her selection as a Tony Elumelu entrepreneur significantly influenced her ability to increase staff strength and achieve more. The Business Management training also provided her with sufficient insights and necessary guidance for drafting and implementing the growth of her company.
- [Hoda Kouakou Steve](https://www.tonyelumelufoundation.org/member/hoda-kouakou-steve): While he was at the ideation stage for his business, Hoda Kouakou Steve applied for the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme. Being a part of the programme enlightened him to better understand his idea; structure it and to formalize the company. The seed capital enabled him to launch business activities and conduct various tests on their solutions.
- [Tidiane Rangel](https://www.tonyelumelufoundation.org/member/tidiane-rangel): With a business team composed mainly of female locals, Angola’s Tidiane Rangel is securing Angola’s economic growth and empowering women through its direct and indirect contribution to the development of other local businesses. Her vision was inspired by a challenge she wanted to address, which is that the difficulty in local sourcing for needed resources in the braiding industry in Angola has led to the importation of a large part of production resources. To close this gap, UABILUKA invested in the purchase and distribution of the other needed resources in the industry.

As a result of this, he wore the shoes for years but eventually outgrew the value and asked his father for a new pair. However, he was shocked to hear that it was no longer available. They are also cataloguing more than 30 Nigerian delicacies and trivia questions on the culture of the diversity of the Nigerian people from all tribes.

Before Infiuss, access to blood was a dilemma for both physicians and patients in Cameroon. But now with her innovative model, Melissa been able to cut the average time it takes for a patient to receive a transfusion from about a week, to one hour.
